You need to set the TZ variable in the environment for this to work.  It 
should be set to the name of the country/state/area of where you live.  
For example, here's what I do:

		set TZ=israel

The areas recognized by DJGPP are the files in your timezone 
subdirectory.  Find the file whose name describes your area and set TZ to 
its name.  After that, it should work.
