Have you read 'readme.1st'? It contains all the basic instructions you
need to get DJGPP up and running. In addition, there is a more
comprehensive tutorial available at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/ug/, although it isn't complete.

It's very difficult to help you without details on what you've tried and
how it hasn't worked. However, the most likely cause for initial
problems with DJGPP is that you haven't set the PATH and DJGPP
environment variables correctly. If this is so, you should read
'readme.1st', which tells you how to set them. If you still have
problems, read chapters 6, 8.1, and/or 8.2 of the DJGPP Frequently Asked
Questions list (v2/faq210b.zip or online at
http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/v2faq/). Chapter 6.12 describes how to
prepare a system report that you can submit to this newsgroup if you are
totally lost.

hth!
