Back in October somebody posted a message with the following URLs:

That message also said that gnuplot 3.6 (beta) has a makefile for DJGPP 
v2.  Maybe in the meantime it's out of beta, or stable enough for you to 
go to 3.6.

This is all hearsay for me, btw; I didn't try any of these myself.
