But surely in order to provide VDS services, the memory manager would 
have to be the same thing (or at least very closely integrated) with 
the DPMI server? VDS needs the ability to remap pages into specific 
physical memory locations, and then prevent them from being moved until 
the buffer is unlocked, and I don't see how any other memory manager 
could do this while cwsdpmi is active (DJ? Charles? An expert opinion
would be useful here...)
