The utility is called dxegen.exe, it should be in your bin
subdirectory already.

The FAQ tells explicitly (section 22.13) that currently the docs is
limited, and points you to some source files where you can learn
more.  Maybe after you learn about it, you could submit the missing
docs, so we have DXE documented, for a change.

P.S.  You are consistently posting messages with HTML tags and 
decorations.  Please stop doing that, it's very annoying to read with a 
mailer that doesn't support HTMutiLated messages.  I'd guess you need to 
flip some option on your mailer, that's all.
