Yep. UPloaded again. So soon. Uploaded yesterday but I forgotten to send
the mail. The latest version is dated 22 March. I have fixed some problems
playing S3M. 'Existing by Nick Rippon' and 'Catch that Goblin!' plays
without any problem now. 

Also I have added a few effects and fixed a fine slide volume up and down
bug.

Pattern Delay (for MOD and S3M).
Portamento up (s3m only)
portamento down (s3m only)
Global Volume (s3m only)


I have added two functions for volume (like midi_volume).
set_mod_volume();
get_mod_volume();
