Look for the file that has cc1plus in it.  In this case, it's the one
required file that you did not download:  gpp2721b.zip.  I should also
mention that getting both lgp271b.zip and lgpp280b.zip is redundant;
they are two different versions of the C++ library and conflicts are
guaranteed to occur if you try to use both at the same time.  Either
upgrade completely to gcc 2.8.0, or stick with 2.7.2.1.
