Why the pmode one and not the real mode one?


After posting this I spent more time playing around with both
protected and real mode int 8h handlers to study how they
interact.  With the data I observed I rewrote the real and
protected mode handlers.  Now both real and protected mode
handlers are hooked, just as before, but with greater care this
time.  The code and data of the handlers have also been locked.
