Yes, at least one of them.

BUT, the number of changes between the 2.8.0 and 2.8.1 is SO extensive
(it are not all bug fixes) that it is really difficult to tell whether
any serious problems exist with 2.8.0., more in particular with our
djgpp port.
GCC only had a few configuration dependent changes, but the GPP
languages has been extended in 2.8.0 and a few bug fixes concern these
extensions. I don't know the importance of them.

My guess is that 2.8.0 is sufficiently stable and safe to use on DJGPP.

BTW, if you cannot live with "undefined external reference, first use
this function", then 2.8.1 would be something for you!
