A feature that I would really like to see in an editor is the ability to
view only one procedure at a time, instead of the whole file. Perhaps
you could use comments to separate them, so that variables declared out
of procedures would still be visible. I'm thinking of something like
the VB/QB IDE here, in case you want an example.
