This is very hard (if at all possible).  As I don't really understand
why do you need this, I can't advise.

There is an example of a TSR in the v2tk directory on the usual DJGPP
sites (the file is djgpptsr.zip).  FYI: CWSDPMI supports some DPMI 1.0
functions as well, although it is not a full DPMI 1.0 server.
