For most Info files, you can get them by just running `info'. The top-level
directory has links to most of the standard docs. Others can be seen by
saying, i.e.

info -f foo.inf

On Windows 95, it may be `foo.info' depending on various LFN things. I don't
know much about Windows 95, can you tell? :)
