Type from the DOS prompt "set DJGPP=c:/djgpp/djgpp.env" before running 
RHIDE.  If that works, read the file readme.1st which is available from 
the same place you get DJGPP: it has this bit and a lot more of ``getting 
started'' things that will save you hours of grief.
