Which could you answer yourself by reading the gcc doc, but as
you are too lasy, here is the part from the gcc docs:

`-foperator-names'
     Recognize the operator name keywords `and', `bitand', `bitor',
     `compl', `not', `or' and `xor' as synonyms for the symbols they
     refer to.  `-ansi' implies `-foperator-names'.

And for the next, either read the gcc doc or ask in a gnu news group
since this is really not DJGPP related.
