This is only the case with the Info reader built into Emacs, info.exe 
does grok those index entries.  I don't know whether RHIDE fails on 
these.

I will have to check whether this is a bug in Emacs (although usually 
Emacs' Info readed is the canonical reference, since it was the first 
reader ever written).
