I'm not entirely sure what you are asking here.  If you are trying to
#include a system header file, and this example isn't just a typo, then
you are using the wrong filename.  The correct header is <istream.h>,
and case and spelling are important.  If you want iostreams, and not
just istreams, you also need <iostream.h>.  Logical, eh?
