It's the '::' in there that kills it. By definition of the info file
format, Menu entries (and maybe node names as well, can't remember...)
are *not* allowed to contain the character ':'.

In other words: yes it is a bug, and it's in the libg++ docs.

I'm guessing here, but I think this because it saw 'istream::getline'
and thought you wanted to open a file on drive 'Istream:' :-)

A bug it is, but not one specific to DJGPP, as you observed. You'll
have to complain to someone at the FSF (unless this is fixed already
in their latest versions, that is).
