Probably never, CWSDPMI only (? ;-) supports 32-bit DPMI. 
I am note even sure if this would run under Windows in a DOS
box. What you can do, however, is to take the redir sources
and recompile them under bcc, maybe you'll hvae to add a few
memory specific things that are irrelevant under DJGPP. 
redir.c comes with  djlsr201.zip.
