According to the DJGPP 'readme.1st', you need to install the following
packages to compile C++ programs:

   v2gnu/gpp2721b.zip
   v2gnu/lgp271b.zip

The 'readme.1st' has additional information on compiling C++ programs; I
suggest you read it.  Additional references:  DJGPP Frequently Asked
