Another idea in the same vein, the logical complement: A section of dox
about nonstandard functions/things DJGPP *doesn't* have, like ecvt() and
far/near pointer distinction and mk_fp() and so forth, with the DJGPP
alternatives (sprintf hack, flat memory, flat memory etc.)
