I need to program a Soundblaster16 to input and output sound samples. This
involves DMA transfers which must be inside 64k pages. Before I drive
myself insane, I wonder... Has anyone ever used a DMA controller under
djgpp? Can you access extended memory with it? How do you allocate a 64k
block that starts on a page boundary?
