Nope.  gpp is a weird library of special classes that the FSF thought was
useful
at some time.  I think it is phased for obsolescence right now.  They still
provide it
for compatibility with old apps by new apps aren'y supposed to use it.  It
also
has a more restrictive licensing scheme.
