It has nothing to do with CWSDPMI, as your subject implies.

Please post the traceback printed when the program crashes.  A short 
description of what the program does would be also nice.

It's possible.  Please describe what are the differences between the two 
machines (the one where the programs run and the one where they don't), 
as far as the system setup goes.
