Part of me wants to make a veiled snide remark about people's inability
to find things for themselves, but my heart isn't in it tonight
considering the "docs and ng posting" thread that is going on. :-)
Instead, I'll just point out that all the information you need is
published in the "Weekly Mini-FAQ" that DJ Delorie posts on this
newsgroup/mailing list every week. According to my news server, the
Mini-FAQ was posted on Monday (two days ago), so I can't imagine any
news server that would have expired it this soon.

Anyway, the main DJGPP web site is http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/. On
there, you'll find links to information, documentation, download sites,
and the Zip-Picker utility that can automatically select the packages
you need and point you to a close download site. If you want to do it
manually, you should find your closest SimTel DJGPP mirror (list in
chapter 4.1 of the DJGPP FAQ, see below), and get the file
v2/readme.1st. This file tells you everything you need to do to
download, install, configure, and use DJGPP.

The Frequently Asked Questions list is the definitive source for
questions about DJGPP. It is available on SimTel as v2/faq210b.zip or
online at http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/v2faq/. All beginning DJGPP
users should read the FAQ at least once.

hth!
