	The processor is a Hitachi "Super-H", which is listed as one of
the target CPU's on the GNU GCC page, so this should be theoretically
possible.  The CE API's should be available through Microsoft's SDK, which
is available for free download from Microsoft's web site.  This looks like
it's going to be a fairly involved procedure, but if it works, I'll post
the results on my Web site.
