Thanks everybody for your answers.

Now I know what to start with (apparently I did not unzip djlsr201.zip, although I thought 
I did, and therefore the files you were talking about were not where they were supposed to 
be).

Right now I'm reading the source of malloc.c, and a big victorious smile is spreading on 
my face, for now I understand for the first time, what the *hell* you are talking about 
all the time...
