This is a DPMI 1.0 function and is only supported by DPMI 1.0 servers, which
Lose 95 is not. Hence your problem.

Use CWSDPMI under plain DOS.

Does not yet, and probably will not ever. :( Don't ask me why. I think all
you can do is use plain DOS only, and forget about doing this under Lose 95.
