After the binaries pass all the needed tests.

Contact to Robert Hoehne <robert DOT hoehne AT gmx DOT net> if you really need 2.8.0, he 
ported it ti djgpp. Additionally consider egcs 1.0.1 (the gcc experimental 
version).
