The FAQ should be consulted *after* the usual docs, not before them.
Even if some piece of information about library functions is currently
absent from the libc docs, it should be submitted as a bug in docs,
not as addition to the FAQ.  The FAQ should not become a home for libc
docs, it should only include issues that aren't directly relevant to
any particular function.
