ACT abandoned the DOS port last year for lack of customers. However, a
group of volunteers is currently working on a new EZ2LOAD for 3.10p based
on DJGPP 2.01, which will probably be available within a couple of weeks 
at the most.

Well, even assuming you are fluent in building GNAT on DOS, this is a real
challenge, as the tasking runtime changed dramatically between 3.07 and
3.09
and you will have to port this to the DJGPP/DMPI environment yourself.
