I don't understand your problem very well, here is what you must do:

1) Start RHIDE from the directory where you have your sources, not from 
c:\windows or %DJGDIR%\bin.
2) Go to Project|Open
3) Give a name to your new project
4) Select the project window
5) Insert your source/s using the insert key
6) Press Ctrl+F9
