I very much doubt it -- there are literally hundreds of zip files
containing miscellaneous programs that most people won't want to
download.  Please be more specific and say exactly what you
downloaded.

What do you mean by `hangs'?  Does it stop responding?  Crash?  Or
just say `cc1plus.exe: no such file or directory (ENOENT)' or
something similar?  If the latter, you have not installed the C++
support packages.  There are two that you need -- the gpp package and
the lgp package.  Make sure you have installed those.

If this does not help, please explain more accurately exactly what
goes wrong.
