See section 15.4 of the DJGPP FAQ list (v2/faq210b.zip from the same
place you get DJGPP).  The default configuration of CWSDPMI is enough
to get about 21MB in small chunks; if you need more than that, you
will have to bump up its internal heap with the CWSPARAM program.
