The GNU Library General Public License, which is a somewhat
less-restrictive version of the GPL. Basically, it says that if you
distribute programs linked with a LGPL library, you have to include or
make available the source code or linkable object code for any program
that uses the library, and you must make available the library itself.

For further details, I suggest reading the LGPL in its entirety; it's
the file named COPYING in the source distribution of the library, or the
Copying node of the libgpp.a Info docs.
