It appears to be missing, yes.  I searched the zipfile and the manifest 
and came up with nothing.  What's really odd is the following:

C:\djgpp>nm --version
GNU nm 2.8.1
Copyright 1997 Free Software Foundation, Inc.
This program is free software; you may redistribute it under the terms of
the GNU General Public License.  This program has absolutely no warranty.

Where did version 2.8.1 come from if it isn't in the zipfile I have?  :-)
I recall bnu281b.zip being updated recently, though.
