It sounds as if one or both of the necessary environment variables are not
getting set. Check to make sure you added them to AUTOEXEC.BAT as README.1ST
specifies. If not, post your AUTOEXEC.BAT and the output of the `SET'
command (type `SET >ENV.LST' and post ENV.LST).
