Subject:	problem: djgpp emacs and rcs

When I want to register a file to RCS from within DJGPP EMACS, it complains
that
a program called 'admin' is not found unless a subdirectory 'rcs' is
already there.
If I create this directory manually there is no problem.

I'm using DJGPP EMACS 19.34 and rcs 5.71 (from DJGPP package).

Any comments, suggestions ?
