ALT-H (to get to help), then select any option from the menu.  The info viewer
_is_ how help is displayed in RHIDE.

Not sure.  Try looking under the Project menu and checking that main targetname
is set properly, e.g. foo.exe  You probably already know that if you after just
compile you need to link afterwards to get an .exe file.
