I'm working on porting Ghostscript to DJGPP.
You can find some information and binaries of old development version here:

New versions of port will support EGA/VGA 1,2,4 bits-per-pixel modes
and Allegro 3.0 (with all supported color-depths).  Actually, there is
already new version, but I have not tested it very well (and have not
prepared binaries yet).  Also, new version can be ported easier to newer
versions of Ghostscript (I based my port on GNU Ghostscript 3.33).
