Well, the DSP is able to do 16bit stereo in 44.1 kHz(which is of course
CD-quality, just like SB16 or any other 16bit soundcard provides) and it DOES
sound a whole lot better than SBPro. But these ESS 16bit-modes aren't
SB-compatible anymore, so I asked for the ES1868-specific programming
lib/info/whatever. Christian.
