	DJGPP has never changed the time on my Win95 sessions.  Perhaps another
program is changing the time, or your CMOS is being corrupted by a virus
or runaway application, or your backup battery is dying and is unable to
power your CMOS.
	I think it's most likely that another program is screwing with your
clock.
