Well, there used to be ;-) 
We had a problem with someone breaking into our network, so I had to 
install a firewall and had to take down and up the ftp server a few
times.
At one time I screwed up everything, so no one could login at all. 
I hope by now it works, any problems are due to too restrictive settings
from
my side and should be reported to me by mail (until I blow that, 
too)
Anyway, the address hasn't changed, it still is
ftp://ftp.lstm.ruhr-uni-bochum.de/pub/djgpp/
