two bits of advice:
 i. post the smallest example of code that reproduces the problem along
with any pertinent information regarding your system.
ii. learn how to use your newsreader software. in most cases, you have
to explicitly tell the program to keep showing you messages you have
already read. your message has not disappeared. at least in my case,
it's just that, like this one, it contained no information that would
help understand what the problem might be stemming from.
