Your system configuration prevents CWSDPMI from using more than 32MB.
I'd guess some memory manager was set up to only let as much memory
available.  Please post your system configuration (CONFIG.SYS and
AUTOEXEC.BAT).  

One thing you might try is to not install any memory manager (neither
HIMEM nor EMM386) and see if that helps.

Does that ``option 6'' say "Command Prompt Only"?  If so, then it is
plain DOS.
