With the NASM distribution, where else? It used to be you'd find a file
called `NASM.DOC' when you unzipped the file, but they may have changed it.
The NASM distribution can't be all *that* big, though.

If you wanted to know where to find NASM, try the `asmutl' (sp?) directory
of your favorite Simtelnet mirror.
