That won't solve the problem.  We are looking for a solution that will
allow *any* DJGPP program see the long file names, not only those who
were compiled with RSXNTDJ.  For example, gcc, Make and other
development tools distributed as part of DJGPP should be able to use
long names as well.  Your solution would require NT users to rebuild
every tool they use with RSXNTDJ.
