ANSI Graphics aren't stored as Binary data, it's just plain text w/
ansi esc sequences.  You can display the file just like you would a
normal text file.  You need the line DEVICE=ANSI.SYS in your
config.sys file or the computer won't know how to interpret the esc
codes..
