Hi,
	You don't have to come to USA. You can download the trial version
on their ftp site "ftp.scitechsoft.com". Then you can upgrade the trial
version to full version on line if you have visa card. There are
instructions on the site or along with the package.
	In fact, you don't have to buy it at all.(You can have it for
free). What I mean is that you can visit some "wareZ" sites, they may have
older version like SDD5.3(scitech display doctor 5.3). Here's the site

	otherwise I get a version of VBE 5.1, if you want, you can e-mail
me to send you that (for free). Please tell me how large is the attachment
space of your e-mail account.
