Interesting. Please post the complete source code which reproduces this
error, and exactly what command line you use to compile it. Compile with
`-v' if possible since this will print version numbers and such.

`ld' expects some arguments on the command line, but it shouldn't crash if
they're missing. Consider reinstalling the binutils?
