I think the DJGPP FAQ says that that could be caused by invalid
characters (like ^Z (EOF)) at the end of DJGPP.ENV. I think DOS edit
does that if you edit it, so see if you can see a little arrow (or
non-ASCII character) at the end of it in another editor.

The FAQ was talking abount INFO crashing, so it may not apply to the
built-in Info reader in RHIDE.
